Emulsions and protective compounds

Operating principle:

After the emulsion is applied, dust particles bind together, forming an agglomerate of a polymer-soil matrix with residual tackiness. New dust particles are integrated into the treated surface.

• Dust does not rise under heavy truck traffic
• Vehicle tire grip is not degraded
• Blasting operations do not destroy the treated layer

• The surface acquires hydrophobic properties and rapid water runoff
• The water film thickness is reduced — lowering the risk of aquaplaning

• During washing, dust rolls off into the drainage system
• Consumption: 150 g/m²
